		Cazadores feroces y solitarios que se encuentran a través del planeta. Un lengua de flecha de 8 pies de alto, empala a su presa con un latigazo de su apéndice aserrado con punta de flecha, de 26 pies de largo. Al igual que muchas arañas en la Tierra (y la mayoría de los depredadores de Darwin IV), los lengua de flecha son liquívoros que inyectan jugos digestivos a sus presas, para luego chupar los restos licuados.
