Isla de Man TT

Rebobinemos hasta 1907, cuando las carreras de motociclismo estaban creciendo en popularidad en Europa. La ley inglesa prohibió las carreras de motos en las calles, pero la isla de Man no tenía esa legislación, y así nacieron las carreras de TT.

Durante la primera carrera del 28 de mayo de 1907, había 25 motociclistas compitiendo a un promedio de velocidad de 38 mph. Hoy en día, aquel promedio está muy por encima de las 120 mph.

Puedes visitar la isla de Man durante el fin de semana TT, pero necesitarás una reserva con mucha anticipación. Asegúrate de conseguir boletos para el ferrry como también para las carreras, el viaje por el agua puede ser más difícil de reservar que el evento en sí mismo.
